Battle 4
Battle Number 4 - Heavyweight Melee!
Next up was the Heavyweight Melee. (The melee is where they take a handfull of the surviving robots and put them in the arena together to narrow down the survivors). Hercules was put into the arena with 3 other Heavyweights- Kill-o-amp, Land Shark and Prometheus. The battle was pretty good for a while, and I got slammed so hard by Kill-O-Amp that my flipper-arm got bent into a "J" shape, rendering it almost useless. I did manage to slash the tires of Kill-o-amp, disabling him, then went after Land Shark, because Prometheus seemed to be dead as well. I tried several times to grab hold of something to flip him over with, but the bent flipper was too worthless. I wish I could have done it over again, I would have charged Land Shark instead of concentrating on trying to flip him over. The round dragged on, and at the end, there were two of us still able to move, so that meant we advanced to the Melee Finals! |
