Great news
for robot builders using, or thinking up upgrading to, one of the
Spektrum 2.4Ghz radio systems! You are no longer limited to just
using the old DSM1 BR6000 receiver
to be legal in most robot combat tournaments. If you are using the
DX5e, DX6i, or DX7 transmitters, you can now safely use the DSM2
5-channel
AR500 or the
new DSM2 6-channel
AR6110 receivers,
which is a nice small fit even for smaller robots. We have thoroughly
tested these, and they will actually failsafe
properly
with all popular speed controllers!
