Carbon Fiber/Foam Sandwiched Panels

This is amazing stuff. We take two sheets of .020" 3K Carbon Fiber and sandwich them with light weight Rohacell RIST PMI foam, and the result is an incredibly rigid, but surprisingly light panel that is still fairly thin- approximately 3/16" thick.

We love to hand a piece of this to someone and see the look on their face when we ask them to try to bend it! You have to see this stuff to believe it.

Carbon Fiber/Honeycomb Polypropylene Sandwiched Panels

Want that extra rigid, yet lightweight panel for extreme applications? This thicker panel is made up of two of our .032" thick, black carbon fiber sheets, with a 1/4" thick polypropylene honeycomb layer sandwiched between. Just try to bend or flex a panel of this stuff, it is amazing! Overall panel thickness comes out to about 0.314" thick.

This panel makes an excellent structural product, and can really resist impact damage. It also works well in sound-dampening projects. This product is currently not available anywhere else!
