'Lite Flite' Foam Tires These are some of the lightest wheels you'll find for your antweight bot. 'Lite Flite' tires, made by the Dave Brown company, are a foam rubber compound, but they provide surprisingly good traction, and are more durable than you might expect. Wheels are lightweight, injection-molded, snap-together plastic that securely lock the tire to the wheel. The center axle hole may be drilled out slightly larger if needed. Bore is 5/32" (3.97mm) on all models except for the 1.5" diameter, where the bore is 1/8" (3.175mm). These wheels come in packs of two.

The hub is machined aluminum and the wheel itself is solid rubber. Provides great traction, but these wheels are a bit on the heavy side. You may also find you can reduce the weight of these by drilling out the rubber a bit.

The tires, made by the Du-Bro company, are made from a compact, yet very durable foam composite, adding the extra convenience of shock-absorption. Tires all have a rib pattern tread. Ultra-Light Wheels These super-light wheels are made to fit perfectly on the Sanyo NA-Series gearmotors, or Copal 30/60 gearmotors, with just a simple press-fit on the output shaft. They fit perfectly in the Inertia Labs Ultralight Ant Chassis, and are protected by the chassis' built-in wheel guards. These wheels are sold in sets of 4, and are available in smooth or treaded design. All are very grippy on most surfaces. Please note that your rim style may vary from the photos here.

Mini Aluminum Wheel Hubs Finally, a hub made specifically for small robots! This small and lightweight (only .16oz without hardware), custom hub is made from anodized aluminum and designed to mount on many of the most common small-robot wheels. Simple to install. Here is a detailed description of installation. Available in two different center bore sizes, either 3mm (which fit our popular Copal 30 and 60 motors), or 4mm (which fit our Copal 50 and B62 motors). Wheel Hub/Prop Adapter, for 1/8" & 3mm shaft This tiny little 3-piece aluminum hub assembly is perfect for securely mounting many of the wheels you see on this page to motors with a 1/8" or 3mm output shaft. Comes with a small 6-32 set screw to grip down on the flat of a motor's shaft (such as our 30:1 or 60:1 Copal motors, or the Sanyo Micro motors). Nut is steel. Entire weight of assembled adapter hub is only about 5 grams. Great for use with the Lite Flite wheels. However, you will need to drill out the hole in the plastic hub of the Lite Flite wheel slightly to fit the 3/16" threaded shaft. For wider wheels, you can skip using the tapered washer and just put on the nut. Grab several! You'll love using these on all your robot wheels! |

Mini Aluminum Pillow Blocks Super small, yet very durable because they are constructed from a solid block of aluminum! Awesome for that Antweight or Beetleweight spinning weapon, where you want a high-speed bearing to support your shaft. These are sold individually, but we recommend you use two to support any overhanging shaft, or one on each end of a shaft if possible. Available in two different bore sizes, your choice of 4mm or 6mm.

3mm assorted shaft set - 70105 This is a great selection of Tamiya 3mm shafts, round, threaded and hex. Two of each shaft in various lengths. Mount for COPAL 50:1 Gearmotor Finally, a lightweight mount that not only holds your 50:1 Copal motors, but also protects the exposed metal gears by completely enclosing the gearbox. This simple mount is CnC milled from Lexan, and can't be more simple- just insert your motor and tighten the included 4-40 screw to keep the motor in place. There is enough space to drill and tap your own mounting holes if desired, or hold in place with your choice of adhesive or fastener. Weight 0.1 oz (4 grams) each, including screw.

Tamiya 70108 Tracked Vehicle Chassis Kit The Tracked Vehicle Chassis traverses over objects in its path and rough terrain. Use this kit as a stand-alone or combine it with other accessories making a more complex machine with more capabilities. Note that the included motor does not allow the treads to move independantly. If you want to control the left and right treads, you should swap out for a Dual Motor Gearbox. Includes
