Robot MarketPlace - IFI VEX Pro 36 Inch PWM Signal Driver Cable
Max input voltage on these drivers is 5.5 V! I didn't know this and blew both of my PWM signal driver cables when I used a 6v receiver battery.
Replaced them with regular servo extensions and my Victor 883's still ran fine. Not sure these are necessary.
big can be best
Unfortunately caused some trouble for me when setting up my victor 885
but on the plus side it is a nice small package with a long cable so is very versatile
WASTE OF $$$$
I of course wanted tell last minute b4 a competition bought these cables and the victor 883's I was told i needed the cable for my Futaba controller. I received the cable and hooked it up and nothing worked on ether motor controller. I ended up hacking the cables in order to get the chip out of them. after i pulled the cable apart and re wired it back together they both worked flawlessly. The cables also seemed prowned to pickup interference making my bot run very undesirably!!!
Did the job
I'm still not entirely sure as to the function of this cable but it was successful in helping me drive the Victor 885 motor controller which I recently purchased.
IFI Signal Cables
While IFI did replace the two cables that failed during a fight, it was a very frustrating to lose due to equipment failure. My advise, buy spares.
