Great switch. Not like others that just sequence. Actually gives you 2 independent switches on one channel. It will, however, blow the mosfets if you short the output.

I was expecting a logical operation of the two switches, such as both off when stick is at center position,then moving right turns on one while moving left turns on the other. No, that would be too simple. This switch has a convoluted table of states that makes no sense whatsoever, and includes a blinking mode that makes it all but useless for controlling motors. Why would ANYONE want the switch to just turn on and off at some arbitrary frequency? None of this nonsense is programmable either, you are stuck with the flashing and the arbitrary switch states. Also the document posted here for this switch must be for an older model, since it doesn't show the flashing states. I would have never bought this had I known about the flashing "feature"

I needed a switch to operate at high ambient temperatures in a box located in a flower pot on the White House Grounds. This switch performed flawlessly in our 100F+ degree summer.

Should have been clear on the 'blinking' function.

Very inconvienient 'blinking' of relays in between states. other than that, it is fine. not for motors though because the blinking isnt motor friendly.

I'd reccomend the $5 pololu switches more.

Great Product!

I use this as a remote camera trigger for my RC Airplanes. It works perfectly, though it took a little work to get it to talk to my RX-- I think I was expecting 3 states OFF-OFF, ON-OFF, ON-ON. In fact, there are 4: OFF-OFF, ON-OFF, OFF-ON, ON-ON. I would happily pay a little extra to have this same switch available in a slightly larger model where you could set the On-Off thresholds for each switch via pot or dip-switch.
